Walk Away the Pounds

At this morning’s Synergy we did a 3-mile Walk Away the Pounds video. It was the first time most of the women did it and I could tell they all really liked it. Tomorrow I plan on making an announcement at church that we’re doing a no-impact workout in February and encourage women to come that ordinarily wouldn’t think about coming.

In other news, I weighed myself (I know, I should wait until my weigh-in day, which is Tuesday). I’ve already lost 2.5 pounds. How awesome is that? I’ve hardly been trying – I’ve been eating the same things, but I haven’t been snacking or eating when I’m bored. That’s obviously making a big difference.
