Today’s lunch was another WW meal and a 27 cent roll. This lunch was not filling at all because the WW meal didn’t have any rice or pasta as filler – it was just pieces of chicken and gross broccoli. So I basically had about 2 oz of chicken and a roll for lunch. NOT filling at all, despite the copious amounts of water I drank.
Today’s snack will be made momentarily, and will be a mini-portion of microwave kettle corn. I think one bag is only 50 calories once popped.
