Not a Total Failure

Well, we didn’t have to fork out $3,000 for a new heating/air conditioning unit. Woo! We did, however, have to get a new pump for the HVAC unit. But I’m not complaining. $300 is much better than $3,000, wouldn’t you agree? And I’m only guessing at the $300 for the pump – including labor the job may have been $500. Still cheaper. No complaints.

I’ll be curious to see our water bill this month though, seeing as how several times we emptied out the tupperware container we were using to catch the water and keep it from going all over the garage. It’s not like it dumped a TON of water – but enough to make me wonder if the bill will go up a couple bucks or not.
