“Harold and Kumar” was Denis’ pick on Netflix. Mainly because Denis loves anything about White Castle.
However, I must say that on the scale on movies, this one was actually pretty funny. Not as funny as “Dumb and Dumber” but not as tragically bad as “Dude, Where’s My Car?”. It was raunchy, moronic, infantile and I laughed through the whole thing. I must have been in a good mood.
There were things I didn’t find funny at all, but other things had me laughing out loud. It’s definitely in the same vein as “American Pie” and “Road Trip”. So if you like those movies, you’ll like “Harold and Kumar”.
