This morning I went to the Y again for some aqua aerobics. A woman from my church met me there for the class and she agreed that it’s definitely a good workout. She was surprised that I had the energy afterwards to go do the treadmill.
I ended up doing the treadmill for about 25 minutes, with about 6 minutes of that being a slow jog. I went 1.34 miles in that 25 minutes. Slow by most people’s standards, but considering how out of shape I am I was quite pleased.
As I did last week, tomorrow evening I’ll take CootieGirl for the family swim time, and then go early Monday morning for my own lap swimming. Lots of pool time on the weekends now.
