Okay, that title really doesn’t mean anything – it’s what Craig Ferguson says at the start of every monologue he does on his late night talk show.
Woke up late this morning and miraculously the kids got ready in record time and without complaint. It was AWESOME. I dropped them off at daycare without incident but still got home around 8:15 a.m. – 15 minutes later than normal. I knew I didn’t have time to do a Wii Fit body test and workout, so instead I turned on Lego Indiana Jones for a few minutes. Yes, *hangs head* I played Lego Indiana Jones for 15 minutes this morning. Despite playing for 2 1/2 hours last night after “Hell’s Kitchen” ended.
I then went upstairs to get ready for work and YEE HAW! the scale was my friend again this morning and showed another 1/2 pound gone. My plateau is over and my body is finally realizing that YES, I plan on using playing Wii Sports or Wii Fit almost every day in an effort to burn some calories and that it should help me in that regard by burning aforementioned calories. Only two pounds to go by Tuesday to reach my 10% Weight Watchers goal. I CAN DO IT!
Tonight I have a mom’s night out with some local ladies in my area. I wasn’t intending to go, but my friend Keshia emailed me and asked me to join her since she’s hosting the event. So I’ll check it out for a couple hours to support her. I am going to do my best NOT to drink or eat the bar food but to sip water. My doctor appointment is tomorrow morning so I HAVE to be good tonight.
