By eating only WW and LC lunches and by cutting my snacks at work down to 100 calories per day I managed to lose 2 pounds last week. I’m thrilled by that result. I was hoping to get to the gym this weekend but Denis had a really busy schedule so it didn’t work out. And I originally planned on going to the gym this morning before work but since CootieBoy had us up all night I opted for the 2 1/2 hours of sleep from 4:30 – 7 a.m. instead of getting up at 5 a.m. to go work out.
