Day Six – I’m In Shock

Okay, so I’m in total shock this morning. As of this morning I’ve lost a bit more weight on the South Beach Diet (dinner last night: lamb chop with broccoli; breakfast this morning: two eggs with cheese). Since February I’ve lost a total of 15 pounds, and 6 of those are from the past five days on South Beach Diet. Amazing. I’m so encouraged during this Phase 1 of SBD that I know I’ll be able to get through the second week with no problem and then it’s on to Phase 2!
