Okay, so I tallied up yesterday’s calories at FitDay and ended up with 1530 for yesterday. Much better than the +/-950 from the previous two days. And again just for a lark I got on the scale this morning and am down two more pounds. That’s a lot of water weight, people. Is it really possible to lose 4.5 pounds in three days? I suppose so since I’ve seen people lose up to 8 pounds in the first week on the South Beach diet.
