Ugh. I’m not even going to tell you what my scale said I weighed this morning. NOT GOOD. As soon as the number popped up I said, “Okay, that’s it – get back in the game, Jane!”
I’ll do my best today, but tonight will be rough because we’re going to the movies (and you HAVE to get popcorn at the movies – it’s a cardinal sin NOT to). BUT. This is what I’m starting today:
1) no chocolate for 30 days.
2) no eating after 9:30 p.m. for 30 days.
3) eating only 1300 – 1500 calories a day
4) track calories online to stay accountable
5) Get back on that Wii Fit and workout at least once a day
My next doctor appointment is September 10. That’s 20 days. I want to lose 5 pounds. And I’m confident I can do it by sticking with those five things I just listed.
I started the ticker above my posts, with a goal of losing 20 pounds by Thanksgiving, which is exactly three months away. For over a month I’ve been overeating and saying, “I’ll get back on track tomorrow.” And then tomorrow comes and I’m still saying “I’ll do it tomorrow.”
Well, today is tomorrow. I’m starting over. I’m re-committing. I’ve GOT to do this.
